This was probably what guests most appreciated about Millen. The location was described as just a few steps from Bologna's station, which they obviously found very convenient. Also, the Old Town, with all it had to offer, was just a short stroll away.

A very large number of guests report that the hotel puts a block on their credit card that takes a month or more to clear after they have checked out. They considered this both absurd and unethical, and were not at all happy.
A surprising number of guests who booked non-smoking rooms reported that their rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. It seems that either the hotel does not police its smoking regulations, or simply doesn't honour the details of the booking. Either way, guests were certainly not happy about the smell of smoke.
