Since the hotel was newly constructed, guests loved the clean and fresh feel to the room minus all the musty smell which is generally experienced in any hotel room. Decor of the entire hotel and rooms was nice and updated.
Service provided by the hotel staff was appreciated by most of the guests. Staff was very prompt in lending a helping hand whenever a situation arose. They were also very helpful when it came to guiding the guests regarding local areas of tourist attraction and restaurants. Breakfast had a good spread of cereals, toasts, bagels, juice and muffins.
Queen beds provided in the rooms were very comfortable. Guests could ask for extra pillows if they wished to. Hotel was not noisy at all. Guests attributed a good night's sleep to the quiet ambience and cozy beds.
Hotel was located way back off the main interstate and the turn off for the hotel was dark, which made it difficult for guests to locate it. Guests felt that the hotel should have been closer to the interstate like other Microtel Inns.
The rooms were found to be very small by guests, who would have preferred slightly bigger rooms for free movement around the room. Since the rooms were very tiny guests were not too happy with the bed as most of them preferred a king size bed.
Some of the guests reported that the air conditioning in their room was not working. The tub would not drain so the water would always get blocked.
