Guests really appreciated having these two amenities available, since it meant they could keep their cold drinks nice and cold and also heat up a quick snack before settling down to watch that movie.

One of the things guests could agree on was that the hotel was well placed for some decent dining. They mentioned that there was a group of restaurants located pretty much right across the parking lot, making it convenient for when they were looking for a bite to eat.

Most guests felt that the room rate was very low and that they received decent value for money for a quick stay.

While there were some signs that repairs and renovations were taking place, guests staying as late as June 2016 mentioned that the bulk of the property was in a very poor state indeed. In their view it needed a great deal of both maintenance and updating to get it to an acceptable standard.

The vast majority of guests were very unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms, both on check in and with the standard of daily housekeeping. The specific complaints were varied and ranged from stained carpers to unemptied wastebaskets.

This was a very common complaint indeed. Guests liked the proximity to the interstate, but certainly not the noise it generated. Guests said that the windows did not have the triple glazing that might have helped prevent the noise from the highway seeping into the rooms. As a result light sleepers had quite a bit of difficulty.
