The rooms are simply designed and furnished, but have everything you’ll need for a good night’s rest, including flat screen TV’s and fast Wi-Fi to keep you informed, entertained and connected. There’s a lovely little outdoor pool onsite, where guests can have a refreshing dip or relax in the sun. Ample free parking is available, including bays for trucks and buses. Feel free to bring your pets (extra fee) since the hotel is pet-friendly. A simple complimentary continental breakfast is served every morning. There area several great chain restaurants in the area for the other two meals, including Hooters and Cracker Barrel. The Georgia International Horse Park is just seven miles to the east, while Conyers town center is 1.6 miles from the hotel.
An extraordinary number of guests mentioned that the beds were very comfortable indeed, which seemed to really help them get a great night’s sleep. Considering that complaints were very rare, it appears that the hotel may have really selected a mattress with very broad appeal.
Again and again guests would mention how great the staff were. It was typically one of the first things they would mention. The reception staff were said to be especially helpful when guests approached them with a question or issue.
Guests felt no need to go into Conyers to do any shopping unless they really wanted to. They said that there were some great malls and other shopping areas in the immediate surroundings where they could find all they needed. They also reckoned they could eat very well without traveling far since there were some great restaurants in the area, usually part of national chains.
Those unfortunate guests relegated to the sofa beds were clearly not impressed. They mentioned that, even by the low comfort standards for sofa beds, the one’s they slept on were very uncomfortable. They didn’t find them to be acceptable sleeping arrangements, certainly not for adults.
Far too many guests mentioned cleanliness issues with their rooms. Though they were usually relatively minor, the volume of complaints suggests lax quality control standards.
It was very hard to find a kind word written about the breakfast. Guests felt strongly that it was simply too…simple, with not enough variety to generate any enthusiasm.
