The rooms feature one of Microtel’s newest designs, and are very stylish. They also feature all the amenities you’d expect, including flat screen TV’s and fast Wi-Fi. The star amenity is undoubtedly the sparkling outdoor pool, but those looking for a bit more activity also have a fully equipped fitness center at their disposal. Business guests will appreciate the equipped business center and the availability of meeting rooms. A simple complimentary breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room. Reception staff will be happy to offer great local dining recommendations when it comes to the other two meals. The Georgia National Fairgrounds, site of many fairs and events, is right across the highway from the hotel. Downtown Perry is less than three miles to the north.
There is no doubt that it was the hotel’s location that most impressed guests during their stay. It is right off the highway which guests simply found very convenient, especially those who were in road trips. It made the hotel easy to find and the highway easy to access again when it came time to move on.
Many guests expressed their astonishment that their rooms were a relative haven of peace and quite. Considering how close the hotel is to the highway, they had been expecting some noise. They were pleased to report that highway noise was not an issue.
