The resort rooms are very spacious and feature floor-to-ceiling views of the Biscayne Bay, the modern pool area and Miami Beach. The housekeeping staff will ensure your room is tidy for the duration of your stay.

The pool area is expansive and includes a private pool bar, directly on the beach. The Miami Beach Resort has it’s own private beach entrance, step onto the beach exclusively away from the crowds.

Staff members are phenomenal from check-in to check-out. During check-out they make sure you are clearly aware of all charges being drawn from your room. They are personable and charismatic. The car service and concierge service is especially great. They

The lift service may be slow or delayed at times due to occupancy.

Some guests felt the hotel room decor in the rooms and front desk reception area. The toilet seats older and more used. However, this did not intervene in the guests rating in hotel room comfort.

The hotel is situated in a prime location right on the beach, but is somewhat far from the popular South Beach region. However, it is only a thirteen minute drive to get there. The area surrounding the hotel has plenty to do and see.
