It is clear that the cleaning staff take pride in their work as many guests have indicated that they were impressed at the level of cleanliness in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. The rooms are serviced to a high standard every day.

Reviewers have praised the kind and hard-working staff at this hotel. You are made to feel very welcome from the moment you arrive and the staff do their best to accommodate your needs and requests.

The hotel is situated in the popular neighbourhood of Plaka. Guests indicated that they enjoyed being able to walk to the city's attractions and that some rooms as well as the rooftop terrace offered views of the Acropolis.

Reviewers indicated that they found the guest rooms to be very small and in need of some maintenance. The rooms and the bathrooms are very cramped, guests have reported that the showers were tiny and that water overflows out all over the floor when used. Additionally, there are minor maintenance issues such as broken fixtures that should be addressed.

Although guests enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, they have reported that the area is quite noisy.  You can hear the sounds of guests in other rooms as well as pedestrians and traffic outside. The cathedral has church bells which ring half-hourly throughout the day and night.

The elevator is very small and some guests have reported that they felt it was not very safe. Although this was an issue for some, guests can opt to use the stairs instead.
