Rooms were quite dark due to the poor lighting condition so guests had difficulty functioning normally especially on the coffee and taking making areas. Some guests even had accidents, since the rooms were so dark and they couldn't find the light switch. Furthermore, the overhead light was poorly lit.
The loud traffic or road noise has been very annoying for previous guests especially when windows were open. The rooms and windows need double-glazing according to most guests so they can sleep comfortably during the night. Earplug usage is also recommended.
Guests were disappointed with the small size of the rooms. The rooms were quite smaller than they expected and the vanity area was situated right next to the bed instead of the bathroom which was quite uncomfortable. The room size was also not suited for large group of guests but only for solo travellers or couples.
