Guests have been very happy to praise the efforts of the staff members at this hotel. From the check-in staff to the restaurant staff and the bar tenders; all are friendly and are sure to go out of their way in the interest of the guests.
The metro station is just a short walk away from this hotel and guests have been pleased with this distance as it allowed for easy access to many places of interest and reduced the difficulty of having to organise transport when touring Paris.
Guests have enjoyed the breakfast buffet offered by this hotel. Not only has this saved guests time by being situated on-site, but has saved guests money by being offered as a complimentary extra. A range of breakfast items are available and have been enjoyed thoroughly by guests.
Although this has proved to be an occurrence restricted to isolated events, it is still something made mention of in several reviews. Guests have not been pleased that they have experienced some of their items disappearing while they were out of their rooms and future guests are advised to lock valuables away.
Guests of this hotel, and particularly the business orientated guests, have not been impressed with the Wi-Fi service offered by this hotel. The Internet is slow and devices struggle to connect which is probably due to a weak signal.
Although this hotel is close to many attractions nearby, guests have been disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer many entertainment opportunities on-site. This hotel lacks an on-site fitness centre as well as an on-site swimming pool which has been missed by guests.
