Guests rave about the hotel's location in an older part of the city, just two minutes from the beautiful riverfront and a tram stop, which offers a quick ride directly into the city centre (otherwise a 15-minute walk).
Guests generally describe the rooms as very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with modern decor and light pouring in through the big windows. Because the hotel is popular with business travellers during the week, both for its location close to offices and in-room amenities (good Wi-Fi, workspace, etc), leisure travellers note the weekend rates are a particularly "great deal."
With a few notable exceptions, guests describe the staff as friendly, professional, and helpful with providing directions, calling taxis, and similar requests. International travellers are pleased to report that many are not only fluent in English (among other languages) but cheerfully tolerate their attempts to speak French.
