Guests found the location of this hotel to be impressive. There’s plenty to do within walking distance of the property, including an array of activities on and around the lake. The designated tourist zone is also within easy reach.
Staff at the Mercure Annecy Centre attract numerous positive comments from guests, who describe receiving a genuinely friendly welcome to the hotel. Reviews indicate that the staff often go out of their way to help guests.
The breakfast at this hotel is reasonably priced and seems to include a wide variety of delicious items. Both hot and cold food is available.The hotel also appears to have found the right balance between offering nice food and excellent service.
Although many guests were happy enough with the accommodation on offer at the hotel, some found the rooms a little too small for comfort.
While some guests were able to savour views of the mountains from their hotel room, others were not so lucky. It seems that a handful of rooms boast a less than impressive view of a dingy alley and rubbish bins.
This hotel doesn't have its own car park but is able to offer access to a nearby garage where covered overnight parking is available. Although some guests found the parking near enough to the hotel to not cause a problem, others found it tricky to navigate the walk with luggage.
