Friendly, cosy, and lovely are what describe this bed and breakfast. You will have pretty much everything you need supplied. Located in a stunning serene village, this B&B is filled with history and other interests. An unusual staircase, furnishings, and private backyard add a nice touch to the ambiance. The facility also took part in the well-known TV program “Four In A Bed.”
You will find enough to do in the vicinity, especially when it comes to grabbing a few bites to eat. Pensthorpe Nature Park is close by, Thursford Spectacular, and the pub next door offer great meals. There is also a fantastic fish-and-chip shop right next door, which is owned by the B&B proprietors.
The complimentary goodies are amazing. Homemade fudge, biscuits, plus wine or orange juice await you. The breakfast is delicious as well. You have a choice of fresh fruit salad, sausage, bacon, black pudding, eggs, and more
The Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor, at times there is no connection at all.
You may encounter noisy guests during the late hours, but nothing too dire.
The B&B is spic-and-span with white carpeting throughout, minus the reception lounge. Nonetheless, this could be an inconvenience for you as the establishment asks you to remove your shoes at the door. There are lounge shoes available; however, they are in your room, so you have to walk barefoot until you get to your accommodation.
