The staff work extremely hard and are very guest centred. They are very proud of where they work and endeavour to keep the grounds very well maintained, in addition the housekeeping team clean the rooms to a high standard. The entertainment team arrange a wide range of activities.
Guests have felt spoilt by all of the food choices on offer. As well as featuring multiple dining venues, each restaurant also offers a rich menu. Food ingredients are of a high quality and the food is cooked incredibly well.
There are two adult swimming pools, one of which is quieter than the other and is known as the relaxation pool. The other pool is livelier and often has music playing. The pool areas are kept very clean and have lots of sun loungers. The beach is beautiful and there is also a beach bar for guests. Treatments at the spa do cost extra, but have received very positive feedback.
At present there is a lot of building work going on in the immediate vicinity. Some noise has been experienced, but guests have acknowledged that this is outside of the hotel’s control.
The Wi-Fi connectivity is not very reliable which has been a source of frustration for some guests.
