The hotel is well set in Paris. It is close to a number of sites that guests may find interesting like the Les 4 Temps shopping centre and CNIT Congress Centre which are just a stroll away. Guests interested in sightseeing will love be hosted at the hotel. The metro station is just steps away from the building.
The ever smiling staff members are very helpful and genuine in dealing with matters. They communicate well and take time to explain to you everything to you need. The cleaning staff too is very detailed in their work as they are more than willing to change the sheets and clean your room everyday if you wish so.
Guests were pleased with the building having well-maintained, decorated, large, comfortable and well furnished rooms. Some rooms have great views of the Eiffel Tower which was a huge plus to guests.
Though the continental buffet breakfast was well prepared and varied, a number of guests felt that the prices were a bit expensive. They felt overcharged compared to what they got.
Guests were at times left frustrated as they had to wait for a long time in order to be served. They thought that the restaurant was at times understaffed thus taking a while to respond to their requests.
Some have spoken their frustrations with the air conditioning units in the rooms. Some systems were hard to adjust and at times the heating gave out in some rooms.
