Hotel MDR Marina del Rey - a DoubleTree by Hilton (Marina Del Rey, USA)

The Marina del Rey Hotel's location was considered a positive attribute by the guests who found that they were surrounded by breath-taking views of the gorgeous marina. Guests could visit the relaxing poolside area and overlook the picturesque marina, or be treated to the wonderful view from their comfort of their room, from their own private balcony. Guests are also a short walk from a number of Marina del Rey's places of interest and a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Rooms are clean and comfortable as well as being large and fitted with a range of modern amenities that will ensure guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned and the private bathroom is sizeable and comes with complimentary toiletries. The rooms provide views of either the marina or the city, both of which are spectacular.

The staff are incredibly friendly and personable, endeavouring to provide great customer service that will make guests feel well-looked after upon arrival. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy and are happy to answer any questions or queries regarding the hotel and the area.

A number of guests found that they were accidentally overcharged at the bar and restaurant when using their credit card and encourage prospective guests to be wary and check their bill.

The valet parking provided is mandatory and there is a charge that guests were not especially enthusiastic about paying.

The breakfast is not buffet-style and guests found that their dining choices were limited which they found to be disappointing. However, the vast majority of guests would recommend staying at this hotel.
