Guests wanting peace and quiet and not to be disturbed were disappointed that they could hear all of the activity that was happening in adjoining units, in the corridors and those having a grand time in the pool, due to the paper thin walls and lack of soundproofing around the hotel.
Guests were disappointed that the hotel did not offer daily housekeeping and that housekeeping was only done on a rotational basis. For guests on extended stays this was unaccpetable. Some guests also commented that the carpets were very dirty and needed a deep clean.
