This hotel is located just a mile from the San Antonio International Airport. This gives guests an ideal place to stay when they land or gives guests convenient accommodation for when they need to board a flight after their stay. This hotel also goes further to offer a complimentary airport shuttle service.

The fact that no parking fee is asked by this hotel has been a bonus for guests. Many hotels of this kind offer parking but this comes along with an expense. Guests of this hotel need not worry about such an expense as this hotel offers guests secure parking for free.

This hotel alone offers guests the convenience of on-site dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner at any of the two restaurants; Bravo Grill Restaurant and Java Express. In-room dining is also an option as well as a host of off-site restaurants such as Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen and The Cheesecake Factory.

Guests have not been too impressed with the level of cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms. Housekeeping staff are obviously busy but still strive to get through every room as quick as possible, thus skimping on certain parts of their cleaning duties. Guests do notice and did not enjoy coming back to an unclean room.

This hotel is located close to an international airport and a highway. Reviews have suggested that the noises coming from these areas can at times be rather bothersome. It was added that the noise levels were never unbearable or overwhelming, but were heard and made mention of in negative reviews.

Guests have not been particularly pleased with the internet service offered at this hotel. Wi-Fi took ages to connect, only certain parts of the hotel had a decent connection and it is not suitable for business guests.
