Reports of amazing customer service, professional attitude, helpful and kind are some of the positive comments coming from guests. You can bet the staff are always available, and you will be greeted with a smile too.

Many guests who arrived long before the official check-in time were allowed to book in with no problems at all. You might even be lucky enough to be upgraded with no extra cost. Guests enjoyed the swimming pool, choice of restaurants and many of the amenities on offer, and felt they got really good value for the price they paid.

If you don't have your own vehicle with you, then you might just be stuck at the hotel for the duration of your stay. The town, along with many eateries and entertainment is too far to walk, and taxis are quite expensive.

Many visitors were not complimentary at all when it came to the breakfast and the dinner, and felt the preparation and presentation were in need of an upgrade. There were no snacks available on-site for those in between nibbles either.

Guests complained about the building in need of a fresh coat of paint, and felt the rooms were in urgent need of a facelift. Furniture and fixtures were looking out-dated, and bathrooms could do with some maintenance.
