The location is fantastic. There's a nightclub if you enjoy the nightlife. The casino is nearby and there is plenty of sightseeing as well. Joshua Tree NP and the Cabot's Pueblo Museum are lovely. Thursday night in the village in the downtown Palm Spring area puts you right in the midst of shopping, dining, and a casino. Golf courses and hiking areas are nearby as well.
Surprisingly, the condos are a nice size at the facility. A large bedroom and nice sized full kitchen makes the space very comfortable. There is also a sitting room, large bath, bedroom, and dressing area. The bedroom closet is a large walk-in.
The Jacuzzi is really large and a perfect temperature. The pool is heated and comfortable and the view to the west is magnificent. The shower pressure is better than average and the underground parking of the resort is more than ample.
Unfortunately, you may experience a few uncomfortable sightings like cockroaches! Other inconveniences may include lots of noise from construction, so you may hear hammers and other tools banging away throughout the day. The heaters can be noisy and you may experience a musty smell upon entering the facility.
If possible, try not to book your room on the north-side as you will be on the end of noisy businesses from dusk till dawn. After experiencing the noise, you will have to wake up early for checkout at 10:00 am!
Perhaps this will be over in the near future, but the elevators aren't working. If your room is on one of the upper floors, get prepared for a long haul.
