The apartments are located in Playa de las Americas with shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is approximately a 15 minute walk away. The main resort centre is also within walking distance, but you’re far enough away to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the lively resort centre. The airport is just a short taxi ride away.
One of the best features of the complex is the staff who are friendly and welcoming. They are very approachable and it seems that nothing is too much trouble for them. The housekeeping service is excellent with the rooms being left extremely clean. Reception staff are also very attentive.
The apartments are spacious and many have a nice view overlooking the pool area. Cleaning is to a high standard and the kitchens are well equipped. Previous guests have described the beds as surprisingly comfortable for budget accommodation.
The beach is approximately a ten minute walk away. It is downhill on the way there, but on the way back it is quite a steep hill and those with mobility issues may have some difficulty with this. The problem can also be exacerbated on particularly hot days.
Although many previous guests were impressed with the food offered by the hotel there are some who were left disappointed with the quality of the breakfast with some also saying that the food was cold.
Some previous guests were unhappy with the number of sun loungers around the pool especially as other guests reserved them quite early. Despite this not being allowed staff do not enforce this rule.
