Hotel Maritur - Adults Only (Albufeira, Portugal)

For your convenience, Maritur provides a free minibus to Albuferia, the old town. While you have to find your own way back, the bus runs often enough to get you there whenever you want.

You have the option of picking from a few different beaches here. If you want a smaller, cosy beach, there’s one within 15 minutes by foot. Or, if you’d rather, Sao Rafael is 15 minutes away by foot also.

No need to worry about fighting over sun loungers here. There are plenty of loungers for everyone to use – the pool area is spacious and lovely, too.

If you’re looking for a spot with tons of entertainment, this might not be the hotel for you. They don’t offer much in the way of entertainment – you will have to look elsewhere for that.

Instead of using shower screens, the hotel’s bathrooms still have curtains on their showers. These could use a good scrubbing – they can look pretty dirty, which is unappealing.

You might have a tough time getting to sleep here, as the mattresses are not in the best shape. Most of them are hard and uncomfortable, causing problems for your sleep.
