Marine View Guest House is located in the coastal resort of Scarborough. The eco-friendly hotel has been awarded a silver grading by the Green Tourism Business Scheme for using fair trade products and recycling as much as possible. There are only 6 bedrooms in this family run B&B, all have en-suite bathrooms, TV, wireless internet, heating and tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and iron upon request. Marine View, as it's name suggests, has views of the North Bay which has been awarded blue flag status and is only a short walk away. The town centre is close at hand as is many of Scarboroughs attractions including Scarborough Castle, Peasholm Park where you can hire boats to go on the lake, listen to open air concerts, play mini golf and watch the spectacular Naval Warfare Show. Marine View does not have it's own bar but guests will find many bars and restaurants close by. Outside of Scarborough walkers will find the North Yorkshire Moors National park and Cleveland walk, there is also the North Yorkshire Moors Railway this has steam train which run from Grosmont to Whitby.
