Visitors say the hotel is in an ideal location if you are stopping through Algeciras on your way to other parts of Spain or Morocco because it is close to a number of transportation links. The Algeciras Harbour and the city's train station are a five-minute walk from the property while the bus station is a short walk away as well.
There are a number of restaurants, cafes and bars around the property according to visitors who add that this makes up for the fact that the hotel does not have an eatery on-site.
The employees at the hotel are extremely friendly and travellers explain that the staff members do just about everything they can to make your stay a nice one.
The beds and bedding at the hotel are pretty poor according to several travellers who state that everything was worn out and in need of replacement. While it isn't impossible to get some rest on the bed, a few visitors claim that it certainly won't be the most luxurious night of sleep you ever have.
A number of guests point out that the entire property looks outdated and seems very tired. The furnishings in the rooms are pretty worn out after years of use and some travellers add that nothing at the property is all that new.
