Hotel Marina Plaza By Garvetur (Vilamoura, Portugal)

The apartments are situated close to Vilamoura’s bustling and vibrant marina which features a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Guests can walk to the marina in a matter of minutes and enjoy everything this exciting area has to offer before returning to the comfort of their apartment. The location also affords guests the luxury of having breath-taking views of the marina from their balcony, something the vast majority of guests cited as being a highlight of their stay.

The apartments are all incredibly spacious and comfortable, affording guests, whether they be families, groups or solo travellers, a large amount of space that they can cohabitate comfortably in.

The staff at Marina Plaza are all extremely friendly and courteous, ensuring that guests are comfortable and well-looked after for the duration of their stay.

While the apartments are incredibly spacious and comfortable, some guests felt that the décor and furnishings could do with an update, citing the furniture as looking on the tried side however, this did not diminish from their enjoyment of their stay.

In keeping with the comment on dated decor, some guests felt the bathroom facilities could do with updating as the shower/bathtub combination is rather dated and another guests found the hairdryer to be disappointing.

As the complex is located beside the vibrant marina, some noise is generated by the nightlife and this carried over to Marina Plaza however, these are the only negative comments about the accommodation and the vast majority of reviews are very positive.
