Hotel Can Salia (Sant Josep de sa Talaia, Spain)

The Marina Palace by Intercorp Hotel Group has an excellent location with a handful of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The main strip is approximately a ten minute walk away. It is walking distance to the beach and to a nearby water park. A water taxi takes you to San Antonio should you wish to sample the nightlife. The accommodation is far enough out of the way to be quiet and suitable for families. It is also just a short transfer to Ibiza Airport meaning a taxi may be cheaper than pre-booked shuttle transfers. There are beautiful sea views from some parts of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel have received lots of compliments, for being friendly and approachable and consistently going the extra mile. They will go out of their way to make a guest’s stay more enjoyable.

The hotel offers a variety of room types meaning that even large groups and families are well catered for in the two and three bedroom apartments. The kitchen is well equipped, the television has English channels and the rooms are kept clean.

Some guests have said that the nearest beach isn’t that great but that there is a nice one slightly further out with water sports available.

The rooms don’t have adequate air conditioning to cope with the high temperatures. Some reviews have stated that they had no air conditioning and others have said that they had it in just one room.

Some previous guests were left disappointed with the breakfast offered by the hotel. They felt that the buffet breakfast in the restaurant is of quite poor quality and poor value for money.
