The entire hotel is lovely, with everyone feeling welcomed and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and nicely laid out, and the rest of the accommodations are just as warm and inviting. The pool and gym are clean, and the staff are very pleasant to be around.

Compliments go towards the free breakfast, which is well prepared, nicely presented, and of ample amounts for every guest to enjoy. The onsite restaurant also has great meals, conveniently providing good food at good prices without having to leave the hotel.

Vacationers and business travelers like the close proximity to attractions and events, when staying at Mankato City Center. Whether here for meetings, interviews, personal leisure, or a bit of everything, you can easily get to the sporting arenas, local campuses, shopping, and Nature trails.

The Wi-Fi signal may present challenges at times. It's inconsistent, weak, and occasionally just can't be accessed at all. If you need or want to have a steady connection, you may have to leave the hotel to do so.

It's disappointing that housekeeping isn't thorough enough with refreshening the rooms. The linens and towels don't seem as freshly washed, the carpet could use better vacuuming, and there are still spots of dirt, grime, and dust evident.

Keep in mind that the walls are thin, so almost every considerable sound can be heard. Noise from the pool also carries through, so if your room is nearby, you're likely to hear people swimming or chatting loudly.
