Welcome Nagybörzsöny is a small remote village that lies on the western slopes of Börzsöny mountain. It is quite common that the visitor is astonished by its natural and arhcitetural beauties. It has become one of the most visited touristical and holiday centres of Börzsöny not only because of its monuments, narrow-gauge train or water-mill but the traditionalism and hospitality of the locals. The inhabitants invite the tourists to their tables with homemade, delicious dishes: the Börzsöny-pie, homemade cakes and jams and a variety of smoked meats. We would like to enrich the touristical opportunities of Nagybörzsöny by opening Malomkert Inn. It was built between 2010-2012 by sponsored by an European Union. The building complex is situated in the main sqare of the village however it is in a very quiet and peaceful place. The inn avaits their visitors with 38 rooms and a conference hall with a capacity of 250 and a warm little restaurant. All of our buildings are disabled-friendly according to the EU specification to make it comfortable for our disabled guests. All buildings are non-smoker. At the design of the buildings we took into consideration the next generation: playing corner and a nursing and diaper changing room, outdoor playground and baby safety tools are available. We are waiting our guests of all ages with comfortable rooms at a competitive prices. Rooms The hotel is a separate building, to provide undisturbed relaxation of our guests. Presently we have 30 rooms with balcony on two floors. An elevator eases the movement between the floors. All of our rooms is equipped with bathroom, telephone, LCD TV set, minibar, free WiFi. A private parking lot, playground, fittness room and two day-rooms with comfortable sofas and wide LCD TV sets are available for free. The finnish and infrasaunas are available for a fee, but is free for our guests who spend more than one night in our hotel. There is a bar and reception in the hotel and open from 07:00 till 22:00. Between 22:00 and 07:00 a night-duty is provided. Restaurant Our restaurant has a capacity of 66 persons. Its furniture is homely, traditional but also is in compliance with today's style. A terrace is open during spring and summer. Our menu contains traditional Hungarian food in addition with the local specialities. We pay particular attention to our vegetarian and guests with different food allergies. If weather permits, we indulge the exhausted tourists with outside barbecue, in winter, our furnace as a warms up the room and provides extraordinary gastronomical food. Tea and coffee specialities are served on the restaurant's gallery, with a relaxing background music. A special nursery room, high chair and tableware is available who arrive with children. We would like that all of our guests to be statisfied with the served food with a perfect serving, in a good enviroment and to spread Restaurant Malomkert fame and hospitality. Our restaurant is also available for our guests who accomodated in guest-houses in Nagybörzsöny. It is recommended to order it 1 or 2 days before on the restaurant's phone numbers or via e-mail.
