The rooms are furnished with Art Deco pieces, but still have a very contemporary feel to them. Each features air conditioning, minibar, flat screen TV with satellite channels, in-room safe, free Wi-Fi, work desk and telephone. All rooms are soundproofed and some have balconies with views. Reception is open 24 hours a day and can assist with full concierge services. A variety of massage and beauty treatments are available on-site. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A breakfast buffet is available daily, while the bar and restaurant serve dinner and drinks in an environment harking back to the heyday of jazz. The Eiffel Tower is barely 800 yards away, just across the Seine. Paris’ other crowd-pleaser, the Louvre, is 2.6 miles to the east and is reachable by public transport.

The hotel is strategically positioned in Paris close to many attractions. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are all within a short distance from the hotel. Guests can visit the Eiffel Tower and Passy Metro Station as they are both a few strolls from the property.
The employees are very patient and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes are handled in a speedy and efficient manner. They are always eager to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. They also are quite competent and excel at their duties.
The furniture is well maintained, modern and tastefully selected. The bathrooms are clean and daily housekeeping is available in all of the rooms. The rooms are spacious, suitable for families with children and well arranged. Public areas are also very clean and easy to navigate.
Some guests have complained that the walls are too thin and it is possible to hear the goings on in the neighbouring rooms. This was especially troublesome for light sleepers.
Guests who used the hotel's wireless internet signal were left dismayed as a result of the poor connection. Common complaints were of the signal easily dropping as they carried their devices from room to room and also the very slow speeds experienced.
A number of guests were unhappy to find that their rooms had nowhere for them to prepare a cup of tea or coffee. They thought this was odd and were of the opinion that such facilities should be a basic component in every room.
