Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Blue Ash hotel staff offer fantastic customer service, with a warm and friendly, positive attitude throughout the hotel. Front desk, breakfast and housekeeping staff will bend over backwards to see to the needs of every guest. An especially nice touch is the personal hand-written note of thanks that each guest receives before checking out.

Rooms and suites have been recently updated and reflect a more contemporary look and feel, more in line with modern city hotels. Beds are also updated and comfortable and should suit the majority of sleeping preferences.  All accommodation is also thoroughly clean and fresh.

Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Blue Ash offers an excellent breakfast room that features an updated look with plenty of space and comfortable places to enjoy the free breakfast at. The buffet display area is clean and well-organized and well-presented with plenty of options to choose from.

Unfortunately room walls are very thin and it is all too easy to hear activities in other rooms, both in adjoining rooms and rooms above. Being able to hear conversations as well as people walking in hallways or in above rooms may prove to be too much for light sleepers.

Curiously Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Blue Ash does not offer any housekeeping services on a Sunday and guests have to sort out their own cleaning up or wait until Monday.

Another inconvenient issue has to do with the reoccurring problem with hotel room keycards which have to be re-programmed multiple times. While this does not happen with every keycard, it can be annoying for guests that are effected by the problem.
