Because the walls at this hotel are so thin and not soundproofed, you will be able to hear just about everything going on in and out of the hotel. Since this can continue into the evening hours, you may not be able to get a good night sleep.

The customer service at this hotel is one area that could use some work. They are not very friendly or helpful, so you might not even want to interact with them during your stay here.
