There have been complaints regarding the rooms at the hotel to be unclean featuring worn furniture and squeaky beds. The bathrooms were cramped, had cockroaches in the shower area and even the toilet rolls were missing. Moreover, the rooms were very noisy perhaps because of the thin walls as the guests could constantly hear the disturbing noise from the other guests staying at the inn. The discomfort faced by the guests left them highly disappointed and annoyed.

Lot of guests complained that the Regalia Inn & Spa was extremely hard to find as it is located in a very remote area. Moreover, the guests found location of this inn to be exceedingly poor as it did not provide them an easy access to the restaurants, bars or night life leaving them bored and irritated.

Although, the Wi-Fi service was available in public areas as well as in the rooms of the inn but the poor connectivity left the guests very frustrated especially the ones on business trip.
