Guests have enjoyed grabbing something to eat at the on-site restaurant and said that the food is good quality and the prices are very competitive.

Located just off the main highway it is easy to find and a convenient place to stop to break a long journey up. Port Macquarie’s CBD is just a few minutes away by car if you want to explore whilst you are there. Nearby you will find many eateries, shopping centres and local beaches. If you are more of a pool person you will be happy to know that there is one on-site.

Guests do feel like they have experienced good value for money when staying here. Those expecting a budget hotel feel like they have got what they paid for and their expectations have been surpassed. The rooms are a good size with a comfortable bed and seating area, very basic kitchen facilities, air-conditioning, a television and free Wi-Fi. There are shared laundry facilities available which are available on a pay-per-load basis.

Guests have complained about a musty smell on arrival which they have suggested is down to mould/damp patches.

The rooms are looking out of date and it is time for the hotel to invest in renovations. Some rooms seem to be particularly worse than others and guests have complained about minor maintenance issues which take too long to be put right.

If you are given a room near to a family with children or other noisy neighbours you may be able to hear them through the walls. The hotel is located near to a main road and therefore some street noise may be heard. If you are a particular light sleeper it may be worth requesting a quiet room.
