Hotel Mały Kraków (Kraków, Poland)

This is an excellent venue from which to enjoy city centre Krakow.  Close to everything lively in the city, yet still quiet enough to sleep well through the night. Just steps away from restaurants, shopping, railway/bus stations, and most popular tourist attractions, as well as less than a half mile from Old Town.  The hotel is lovely and simple with a classic, basic elegance.  The tasty breakfast offered daily across the street is beautifully-presented and quite plentiful in their continental buffet selections.  The hotel entrance is locked after 10:00 PM, but you can gain access with the buzzer.  Very secure.  Great budget location.

Clean, cosy, modern and well-equipped rooms offer kitchenettes with cooking accoutrements and substantial refrigerators.  Enjoy some hot tea or coffee in the comfort of your own room with the provisions left.  Corner rooms have more windows if you like a lot natural light.  No air conditioning, but a fan is provided in most rooms.  Wi-Fi is magnificent!

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff will attend to your every need from arrival to departure.  Don't hesitate to ask them for suggestions or assistance with directions or other information about local attractions.  

Walls are a bit on the thin side according to some, and any evening/late night traffic through reception may also disturb your slumber.  Ask for a room as far from that area as possible.

Some were distressed at the size of their rooms, suggesting for others to opt for a size larger than you think you'll need.  Others reported having booked a larger size, only to be told that size was not available upon arrival.

Be sure to get clarity on a parking reservation at time of booking.
