It's located in the heart of Geneva's shopping district and it's only a short walk to other areas such as the business district and the old city. It's also near museums and galleries. Based on visitor’s comments, if you're looking for a pedestrian friendly hotel, this location is worth considering.
Visitors enjoy the views they can be found here. Whether it's the city or Lake Geneva, which is highly recommended by many guests, there are some fantastic Swiss sights to see.
A number of guests remarked that the service they received is superb. Whether checking in, having a drink at the bar, talking to the concierge or having a meal, people love the staff interactions.
One issue that did come up with visitors is how expensive the hotel is. Whether it was the rooms themselves, drinks at the bar or dinner at restaurant, visitors claim you can expect to pay more here than at other locations in the area. So if you're watching your budget, you might be better off traveling off-site for things such as food and drink.
Most functions in this hotel are shipshape, however, there were occasional issues that required maintenance such as doors that didn't function properly, temperature issues and clogging in the showers and toilets. Still, for the majority of the time, things ran smoothly for guests overall.
A handful of guests mentioned that some of the decorations in the hotel and room aren't very captivating. For the most part though, people enjoyed the way the hotel looks.
