The hotel is close to the road which has caused some noise issues for guests but as traffic has been reported to be quite light during the evening hours this has not been a major set-back.
Because the building is old, you can expect a lot of creaks, nooks, and crannies. The water is somewhat discoloured and the hotel staff says it's fine; however, if you don't feel comfortable drinking it they do offer complimentary bottled water. The breakfast rooms is a bit cramped and too dark
