Lotus has very pleasant and helpful staff. They are accommodating and respond to any issues or concerns immediately. In addition, guests appreciated that this hotel welcomed pets.
There is no elevator onsite. If you have a lot of luggage or trouble with stairs, make sure to request a ground floor room upon reservation or during check-in. Also, there is no ice machine onsite but there is a 24-hour convenience store across the street.
Parking onsite is somewhat limited. If you're arriving late, the lot may be full. Fortunately, there is additional parking across the street, and the hotel staff will gladly help you out if you need to find a spot.
Several guests weren't too impressed with the complimentary European continental breakfast. Even though it is a continental breakfast, the selection is somewhat poor, and the quality of the food isn't the best. Most guests had no complains, however.
