Ground floor rooms feature a private garden whilst the higher floors offer private furnished balconies. Guests can enjoy a buffet-style breakfast in the dining room or out on the terrace, this includes seasonal fruits, fresh breads and pastries, yoghurt, eggs and cheeses. The Le Terrace Lounge Bar serves refreshing drinks and cocktails. The Hotel Los Globos is situated a short walk from the beach and 300 metres from the centre of Sitges. Guests can walk to the local train station which is just 15-minutes away on foot.
Reviewers enjoyed the location of this hotel. It takes just minutes to get to the beach which is very clean. The centre of Sitges is a ten to fifteen-minute walk from the property which means that the hotel offers a quiet retreat from the nosier parts of Sitges.
Guests indicated that they enjoyed the on-site restaurant and bar. The bar offers delicious cocktails until late and the restaurant is open for breakfast until 11am which is great if you want to sleep in late.
The owners of the hotel have a Labrador dog and an African Grey Parrot. Guests found that the dog was very friendly towards them and that the parrot was child-friendly and not too noisy. Guests indicated that they were impressed with how well-trained the animals were.
Although guests enjoyed that the hotel offers free access to the Wi-Fi, they were quite disappointed with the speed at which it worked. The Wi-Fi is quite slow and it is often unavailable and so you cannot rely on the Wi-Fi if you need to do work.
The location of the hotel is very quiet but, other guests can be quite noisy. The walls between the rooms are not soundproofed and so you can hear guests in the neighbouring rooms as well as those walking through the hallways. This can be frustrating if you are sleeping and other guests are returning to the hotel late.
Reviewers reported that some parts of the hotel appeared tired and in need or refurbishment. The bathrooms are quite outdated and the general décor could be updated. Some walls need to be repainted and the air-conditioning units should be upgraded.
