Hotel Los Abrigados Resort And Spa (Sedona, USA)

The resort is surrounded by extensive private grounds which feature a putting green and nature trails providing a very peaceful and scenic backdrop. Guests enjoyed sitting on their balconies in the evenings whilst admiring the views as well as spending time in the gardens, sun-bathing by the pool or enjoying a few al-fresco drinks at the bar.

Guests were pleased to find lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the resort as well as grocery stores where they could purchase all their essentials. Those keen to explore the local attractions appreciated being within walking distance of many local art galleries and antique shops.

The outdoor pools were described as being clean and of decent size with plenty of comfortable loungers for sun bathing. Guests who visited the spa said their treatments were carried out by knowledgeable staff whilst those who used the fitness center said that they were impressed with the range and quality of the equipment.

Some guests remarked that the decor of their rooms looked rather tired and dated as they objected to the old-fashioned furniture and tatty looking upholstery and carpets. The bathrooms in some of the suites were also said to be in need of modernization.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms was described as somewhat disappointing with guests objecting to the fact that their rooms were not serviced on a regular basis. Housekeeping teams clean the rooms on certain days only but can service them on a daily basis for an additional fee.

Guests reported several plumbing issues including slow draining sinks and basic bathroom fixtures. Many objected to the very weak water pressure which inconvenienced guests whilst they were showering.
