The overall atmosphere at the guest house has been described as laid-back and friendly with many complimenting the approachable and helpful staff who would often go the extra mile to assist the guests with their various requests and queries.
Guests whose rooms were located close to the bar area said that they could hear loud music and noise which often lasted until late in the evening and prevented some from getting a good night's sleep.
Those who wanted to connect to the Internet form the rooms were disappointed to find that the Wi-Fi signal was quite slow and intermittent and as a result had to take their devices closer to the reception area where the signal was said to be better.
Some guests mentioned that they had to wait longer than expected to place their orders at the bar and to receive their drinks as there were too few staff available.
