The rooms were said to be equipped with all the mod-cons including microwaves and fridges which made it convenient for the guests to prepare their own food.
The staff members have been described as attentive and hospitable by the majority of the guests. Many said that they were offered helpful tips and advice with regards to local amenities and attractions and that they felt well-looked after for the duration of their stay.
The continental breakfasts have been described as quite limited when it came to the variety of food on offer. Guests said that they would have preferred a better selection of cooked items as well as more healthy options such as fresh fruit.
