The property does not have a lift and so guests will need to use the stairs. Some guests say that there are quite a lot of stairs, which are also quite steep, so this may not be an ideal choice for any guests who have mobility issues.
Rooms at this guesthouse do have fans but do not include air-conditioning. As a result, some guests do say that they can be quite hot and humid. If you really feel that you would need air-conditioning, particularly during the summer months, this may not be the place for you.
The guesthouse is located in central Lisbon on a busy square. Some guests do say that the square can be quite noisy, being able to hear people outside until late at night, and the other sounds of the city such as rubbish trucks.
