About Linaria Bay

We are situated at Linariá, Skyros’s beautiful harbor. Our rooms are built beneath the church of Agios Nikolaos, on the hill, in an amphitheatrical way, offering a panoramic view and avoiding the harbor’s summer traffic.From the hotel’s balconies, one can enjoy the combination of sky and sea, pretty fishing boats with anglers and gulls following them, as well as the boat of Skyros docking at the heart of the harbor under the tune of the classic ‘Zarathustra’ by Strauss, which can be heard as a welcome tune from Kavos (a cafeteria on the Linaria rock). Our restaurant "Ivilái" is located next to the hotel (2-minute walk), right on the harbor and 6 meters from the sea. This is the oldest restaurant-fish tavern of the harbor as it has been continuously operated by our family for four generations with love and attention to good food and service always being our top priority. Don't forget to try our famous spaghetti & lobster dish, our restaurant's speciality. Skyros and Linaria Bay will never let you down, whenever you visit it, any time of the year!
