More important, to many, was that it was just steps from the restaurants and bars on the main road. They liked being so close to the night spots, and found it easy to walk back after a night out.
As is fairly commonplace with hotel Wi-Fi, quite a few guests experienced connectivity problems. Either they couldn't get a signal in their room, or it was too slow for their needs. Guests who have an urgent need for connectivity might consider getting a data SIM card locally.
This was a fairly common complaint. Guests say that both the fans and air conditioning units in their rooms were loud enough to really disturb their sleep at night, and may be overdue for a serious maintenance overhaul.
