Hotel staff are professional and must have taken a good course in hospitality. It's not that they are very friendly; however, they are quick to answer your calls and things are taken care of speedily. Plus, they do a good job of cleaning.
Units are attractively furnished. Two bedrooms, two showers, one bath (which is separate), nice hues with comfortable linens and good taste is what you can expect at this unique facility.
The private pool is actually not so private. The sky-pool in Skyvilla is too small. If you are swimming in the supposedly private swimming pool, you can see without obstruction into other people's rooms, even during the night. This alone kills the privacy factor. Oh, and they can see you as well. Maybe the creators should make one big room and pool for all the visitors and have everyone jump in!
The variety of foods, at least at Roselle Coffee House, is limited. It's not up to standard like the rest of the facility. Then again, this may be just a matter of taste.
This place would really be paradise if there were more activities offered. The lack of water sports with so much water around seems awkward. Maybe snorkelling or boat rentals for fishing? Moreover, the village is near the beach but transportation to the town is inadequate.
