Having charged quite a lot for the apartment rental, they turn the screw with more hefty charges for things like cots. Not a good PR idea.
Again, it all comes down to the individual apartment, but water pressure can be a problem for baths and showers. The pressure increases at check out though and there's very little leeway if you want a later check out. You can though store luggage at the admin office.
