Guests of Les Nations found it to be handy to public transport — with Cornavin Geneva train station three bus stops away — close to the UN offices and other international agencies, within easy walk of the city centre, and also convenient for the airport.
You will find the staff members to be friendly, efficient and helpful, while the free public transit pass they supply on arrival was also appreciated by those who stayed.
The clean, comfortable and functional rooms have been refurbished and come with tea and coffee supplies, while the basic buffet breakfast is handy for those not wanting to head out looking for other options.
Some guests considered Les Nations to be poor value for money, saying that the price charged for rooms did not match the comfort or room amenities, while the breakfasts were also considered a bit expensive by a few.
The lack of air conditioning meant the rooms were a bit too hot for some, even with fans supplied, while a small number of guests also found the Wi-Fi to be a bit weak or to disconnect while being used.
Depending on what room you get, you may experience a small amount of noise from the road, while a few guests have also mentioned that sound insulation between rooms was not the best.
