Annecy is arguably one of the most charming villages in all of France, and this hotel is right in the heart of the historical centre. You will be surrounded by the beautiful architecture and mediaeval canals where by night, you can enjoy a drink on the terrace of one of the many cafes before having a moonlit walk along the lake.
Previous guests were very impressed with the quality of the apartments and thought that they were high-tech and luxurious. Some guests found that it was particularly romantic to have a fireplace and the Bose sound system that added the perfect ambiance for a perfect holiday.
While the staff at the hotel is small, they are helpful and professional. Known for rarely saying "no", they are willing to go above and beyond for their guests and their special requests.
Some guests were disappointed that the services at the apartments were not like that of a five-star hotel; such as a lobby, on-site restaurant and a full staff. Although most guests enjoyed their stay in the fully functional apartments, others felt like there could be more.
Guests were surprised that the parking was not directly on-site and is about five minutes away from the hotel, this means that guests would have to bring their luggage to the hotel as there is no drop-off point.
While the beds are perfect for personal comfort, others thought that it would be more romantic to have double beds for couples rather than individual beds and individual duvets.
