Hotel Lemon Tree (Bodrum, Turkey)

The bar area is said to be a nice place where good music is played and the bartender was charming. The bar area is not crowded and the drinks and snacks served are a delight.

The seasonal pool was a nice amenity to have during the hot summer months, especially for travelers with children. The children had a great time playing in the water and the pool area was not usually crowded.

Many guests found the hotel's location to be nice and quiet. They found the bars and shops were a short ten-minute walk from the hotel, and a little further down is the beach and the area full of restaurants.

Some guests felt the apartment and room facilities were dated and not working. They felt the air-conditioning did not do a good job of cooling the whole place and that the kitchen barely had any utensils. Most were disappointed that the kitchen equipment was non-existent.

The charges made to some guests were thought to be annoying, as some of them pointed out the charges were too much. There were extra charges for air-conditioning, safety box and even toilet paper. Guests found it absurd to have to pay for simple amenities.

Some guests felt the staff members, which include the owner, were quite rude once they paid for their rooms. Some of them mention they had changed attitude as soon as one paid for their room, from friendly to ignoring and making guests feel unwelcome. The felt this was unprofessional.
