An extraordinary number of guests, travelling at very different times, reported that the lift was out of order for all or part of the time they were staying there. It seems it is often not operating, and guests should know that there may be up to four flights of stairs to climb to their apartment.
Far too many guests for comfort accused the agents of misleading their clients by posting pictures of apartments that looked nothing like the one the guests was assigned. They felt that their apartment was inferior, and that they had been subject to what Americans call a “bait and switch”.
