Hotel Legacy Inn Lake George (Lake George, USA)

Guests reported that the rooms at Legacy Inn Lake George have a cozy and rustic feel to them but the amenities and appliances are all modern and in working order. Also reported was lots of space to move around, a high standard of cleanliness, comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms.

Guests receive a warm welcome as soon as they step through the doors of this hotel. Staff members are friendly and professional, they are very knowledgeable about the area, they accommodate special requests whenever possible and they interact with guests to make sure they are enjoying their stay.

This hotel is easy to find as it's located off a main highway. The village is within walking distance from the hotel and the area is easy to get around. Restaurants, shops and attractions, such as Lake George, are all nearby.

The outside grounds at Legacy Inn Lake George aren't well-maintained. There is a giant dumpster right in the middle of the front lawn and many of the flowers near the building are dead.  Guests also reported that the pool that doesn't have enough water, the water in it looks green and the furniture is old and falling apart. The playground is also dirty and falling apart.

Guests reported that the Wi-Fi service hardly ever works and when it does, the connection drops frequently and it takes forever for pages to load.

There's quite a bit of noise around the hotel in the evenings and the non-soundproof walls don't do a good job of filtering out this noise. This noise comes from children screaming and running up and down the hallways, babies crying in nearby rooms and heavy traffic from the highway.
